About Our Service
We provide an online service that facilitates the process of obtaining permits allowing foreign travellers to visit New Zealand territory. Our agents assist you throughout the process of obtaining the Travel Authorisation issued by the New Zealand Government.
Independent private service: NZeTA is a private, independent website, unconnected to the official website of the New Zealand Government or the websites of its embassies. It is possible to obtain a travel authorization independently, without the support of our service.

Processing & Approval
After filling in the form provided on our website, the request for travel authorization is processed immediately. The NZeTA request must be approved by the New Zealand Government and in most cases is processed and granted within 10 minutes. However, delays may be caused by the insertion of incorrect or incomplete data, or by problems of electronic transmission.
Once permission is granted, our operators send an email with a PDF file containing the authorization code attached to your passport for entry into New Zealand within 24–48 hours. Please be aware: in some cases the New Zealand Government can take up to 7 working days to answer.
Validity
NZeTA permissions are generally valid for 2 years, or until your passport expires, whichever comes first. During the period of validity you may travel to New Zealand multiple times without having to request another NZeTA authorization.
Payment & Data Verification
Before making the payment to receive permission, you will have the opportunity to verify the correctness of the data entered and make any necessary changes. In case of errors, it is important that the incorrect information is corrected before proceeding with the request. After confirming the details, you will be prompted to enter your credit card details to pay for the service.
Privacy
We use the information we collect to provide the services you request. We do not share your personal information with third-party marketers, but we do need to share it with the New Zealand Government, which grants your authorization to enter its territory.
